I lost about 50 lbs and have kept the weight off for the last 7 years. I have fluctuated between 220-240 the whole time and My goal is to get down to 205 and 15% BF.</p>

<p>Growing up. I unfortunately saw myself as the stereotypical &#8220;Fat kid&#8221; at age 14/15 i was around 253 Lbs. and I was soooo angry, and hated myself, so I decided to make a change. </p>
<p>In the course of around 10 months lost around 80lbs&#8230;and I kept the weight off over 10 years!  Not through constant dieting, but&hellip;</p>
